Life is a thing that is happening, yes. So, still working at Hot Topic. Its almost been a year now. Not getting great hours right now, so who knows, I might have to take a 2nd job. I'm also looking into going back to school for a graphic design associates. But, funner news. The bf and I are planning a trip to Japan towards the end of April/beginning of May, so I'm super excited about that. We've got the tickets bought and are planning out our trip there. We're planning on staying for 2 weeks. Gonna buy allll the kawaii shit. Speaking of the bf, we've been together for 3 years now. Hard to believe! We had our anniversary a few weeks ago.

So, I've been working retail since the end of April, so a little over a month now. Its been my first real job ever. I can honestly say that I have just gotten into the swing of it. I feel like I finally kinda have it down, the way to talk, smile, ramble off endless promotions... I've even had to deal with a few difficult customers. Its really funny, I'll go into work all grumpy and annoyed(because fuck that parking lot, jesus christ, 20 minutes to find a spot), but the second I start my shift, I switch to cheery "LET ME HELP YOU" mode. While there's no way I'm gonna stay in retail for more than a year or two, its not SUPER terrible.

So, landed myself a job and I've been working there for about a month now. All I can say... retail is where dreams go to die. Been getting back into gaming and whatnot though, had gotten way too busy for awhile. Life is blah, as always. I need to art more.
